Need a job to get the Green card

I had an interview for a new job. I did well and everybody was saying that they wanted to hire me.

Yet, I still have not got offer from that company.

In my current position, I am underpaid since I am in process of getting green card and my company does not want to speed up the process.

However, if I get a new job, I can get the Green card within a year.
