Mantras for Green card

Our Green Card Process is facing some hindrances. We are waiting from last three years.

Can you suggest me some remedies, so that process goes smoothly and we get our Green Cards without any problems.

Also, I am looking for Software Testing Job in U.S since two years. Kindly suggest mantras for Green card as well as for the Job.
